Each month AIRLEAP members and friends usually get together at the Mai Thai restaurant (on 1200 19th St., Washington, DC) for a 6:00 Happy Hour Discussion, and a Dinner Meeting at 7:15. The Mai Thai is conveniently located in between the Farragut West and Dupont Circle metro stops. Sometimes we gather in other places, such as the Hard Rock Cafe in Downtown Washington, DC, and in January we have our Annual Directors Meeting during the annual meetings of the American Economic Association, wherever they are held.

Please join us for either of these events for friendly and interesting discussions on integrity and responsible leadership in economics.

If you plan to join us for dinner at the Mai Thai, the cost is $25, which will cover the full cost of a nice dinner and a soft drink (including tax and tip); people pay for their own alcoholic drinks. At our dinner meetings in other places, we ask that people bring enough cash to pay for what they ordered individually.
